Living the dream has been the idea behind many of Mike Gann and his wife Cassie’s projects. It was the principal idea when they decided to set sail from California to Mexico. On their journey they stopped in a quaint little fishing and upcoming surfing village in Sayulita, Mexico. They fell in love with the village and its beautiful views and decided to stay and start their first project Casa Vela. The building of Casa Vela opened up the idea of continuing what was an already a successful construction career in the United states in their new home in Mexico. The successful completion of Casa Vela and popularity of the home prompted Cassie and Mike to further build in the area. They searched vigorously to find the perfect area with both jungle and ocean views to build a collection of custom hacienda style homes and found the beautiful hillside of Ursulo Galvan in the town of Lo de Marcos. Their goal in building each home is finding the most original design with unique details, providing authentic craftsmanship, and working together with the client to make their home a reality. The experience and dedication that is put into the construction or remodel of each home is evident to our clients when they open the door to their home for the first time.
